Within 30 days of purchase date return for a Refund...less restocking fee of 15% to 50% for some products.
Custom built products are NON-Refundable.
Must be unused and in a resalable condition...otherwise the product will be returned at owners expense.
Door-Seals are Exchangeable, and we will even send another different door-seal if the 1st one you purchased some-how did not work
To save unnecessary returns and restocking fees on our Door-Seals, and to maintain "Preferred-Customer" status...Please consider exchange the door seal you believe did NOT work on your aircraft for one of our other (5) FAA-PMA Seals Kitted in 8 different seal kits. This Service is FREE to YOU..., just help us help you, with NO yelling Ok?
It would appear that the YELLING comes mostly from the aircraft owners in the NEW-YORK and North East USA... Kind'a like the neighborhood bully. Please; just work with us and other FAA-Approved companies. We are all in this together...Otherwise, you will NOT be allowed back into our store. Honestly, FAA-PMA-Approved companies are feeling the high cost of Aviation just as you "The Aircraft Owner"...and doing harm to us... your FAA-PMA-Approved Parts Company, will only harm you in the long run.
Perhaps you are reading this page because you are mad and want revenge...if you are requesting a refund on our "Door-Seal"...We have (8-Different-Kits) any one of our other Door-Seals are FREE to you in exchange for the Seal that you are NOW requesting a refund on. Besides; our competitors have ONLY one Door-Seal and they will NOT give you a refund at all. So...
Go ahead and drive every FAA-Approved Company out of Business one at a time...then you will FEEL "Empowered" and very proud of yourself because you are so powerful in your everyday job. The fewer FAA-Approved Companies that remain in this industry; will allowed them to charge you unlimited. When our products are used and installed properly and in the appropriate aircraft, our products will last for years. Of course like all products, normal service and maintenance should be expected.
Proper landing Lights MUST be used with Pulsar...see the manual. StdBy Elect Unit MUST be used with aircraft having the same voltage as the StdBy Unit.

No returns or refunds on Ge Lights and/or Voltmeters. Make your select carefully.
