Although we except No-One to ever need this page... however; should you want to return any product, our policy is the same as all companies:
Prior to all Returns an RMA must be requested via Email for an "RMA" Return Merchandise Authorization.
Any packages returned without an RMA will not be accepted. Do not return any products "Signature Requested"...No-One is here during the day to sign, and the package will be returned to you undelivered. Any Products "Delivered" without an RMA will be Returned/Shipped to you and your Credit Card will be Charged for all Shipping and Handling Cost.
DO-NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCTS WITHOUT RECEIVING AN RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION)
To save unnecessary returns and restocking fees on our Door-Seals, and to maintain "Preferred-Customer" status...Please consider exchanging your item for another of our many FAA-PMA Products...
These days are indeed tough economical times...please be a good consumer...and we will be a good merchant as we have been since 1983.
All return shipping costs and bank card fees are to be paid by the consumers. And all returned products must be in NEW re-sellable condition.
Original sales slip must be included, keep a photo copy for yourself.
Custom built items are NON-Fundable.
No Refunds on any damaged products.
Before returning any product, please attempt to work with us to find a solution that best fits YOUR needs.
Send to: ONLY with an approved RMA...all other returns will NOT be accepted...RMA must be printed on the OUTSIDE of the shipping box...NOT on a note inside the BOX!
