Door Seal Page                         Cessna Door-Seal                            Back to 5 Door-Seals

PLEASE NOTE:

THE -01 "SQUEEZE-OUT" SEAL ALONE IS NOT RECOMMENDED AS THE ONLY SEAL FOR ANY AIRCRAFT.  USE IT w/ THE -02 AIR-CHAMBER SEAL...

Video Here>>> Click here to view Movie  Door Seal On Piper...inside and outside.  This will show you how the seal works

Our "Squeeze-Out" Seal is Two Door-Seal in One...  One side is thin and gets Squeezed-Out filling the gaps, while the other side wraps around your airframe.    BUT Before you Purchase our LARGE "Squeeze-OUT" Door-Seal Click here.

Our "Squeeze-Out" Seal may be too big for your Door Here          Use smaller Seal with this

How does our Seal work?     Briefly...

To seal out: Wind/Water/Noise while sealing in warmth any seal must be a "Barrier" .

When 1st installed and the door is close and latch, the soft "Memory Cells" will form-fit to your door like a latex glove, thus forming a "Molded-Fit" around your door in 24 to 48 hours.  No two doors are identical, which is indeed the problem aircraft owners have with sealing them....

...What you end-up with, is a Door-Seal that is unique to ONLY your door. Our seal FITS only your door, by filling all the gaps.

Used your seals before and am very happy with the results ...I can hear again in the cockpit while flying, I had your competitors seal before. I installed your competitors seal that installed on the airframe, big mistake it failed early-on.

S3:

I wish to order another 4 sets of seals for my "500 fleet".
Please return pricing for identical packages as previously bought from you ... I love your seals!

"we have air leaks in the DoorSeal due to doors' mechanical wear out. pls suggest which of your door-seals would do the job. I feel if you can make a kit with lengths of squeeze-out, door-gap and air-chamber seals, we can mix and match to solve the problem."

Yes Sir...Indeed I'm very pleased you asked.  I have offered this suggestion to many.  Mixing and matching is the ONLY way to actually accomplish the task of sealing each aircraft door...Because; NO TWO DOORS ARE THE SAME.

Price: $129.95/door,   Order "Air-Squeeze" Kit    $199.95 for two Doors

Door circumference is from 122 inches to 144, depending on aircraft. Or Approx: 11 feet.  Your door is similar to a Piper Cherokee in many ways.  I suggest MORE Air-Chamber Seal.  (8 feet of "-02 Air-Seal")  &  (4 feet of "Squeeze-Out -01" ) For at total of 12 feet, you will have extra of both, in case you need it.  Install "Squeeze-Out" on the Top and Rear of the Door...While installing Air-Seal on the Bottom and Forward Door where the hinges are.  Because the Squeeze-Out is too large near the hinges and trimming would be needed there anyway.   This combination is indeed the "BEST" solution and ONLY our company can make this offer.

For further info and ordering, please  call  1800/659-2800 West Coast hours.  We prefer you order on line.  I'm a Boeing Engineer by day, and it can be difficult to take phone calls.  So you may get the voice mail.

"Squeeze-out" below fills the gap left by other seals.  Sealing out: Cold, Wind, Water...... Sealing in Warmth. Trim as needed.

It’s  Aero-PMA-Parts Company's pleasure;  to announce after hundreds of hours and thousands of invested dollars, Door-Seal with "SQUEEZE-OUT"  is available for purchase.

Are you tired of wind in your hair as you fly.  Or water puddles on your carpet?

We believes our door seal exceeds the original manufactures design, and we are confident that Aircraft Owners will agree.  Actually, not a difficult task to accomplish, considering the technical advancements made in the past 30 to 40 years since aircraft designers built their seal.  The materials available today are superior, compared to the past.

The material selected for our  “Door-Seal” meets and exceeds FAA standards.    It's very tough!   Our door-seal will remain “Snug & Fit”, sealing out “Wind-Noise, Cold and Rainwater", when tied down.  The ability to accomplish this is in the "Micro-Memory" Fibers inside our Door Seal.  The seal "Squeezes-Out" to  fill the Gap all around the door...NO OTHER Door-Seal has "Squeeze-OUT" which fill the Gap.

The Problem with other Door-Seals.  They are either "Round" or "Square", it's like trying to put a round peg into a square hole.  Your Door is neither round or square.  Your door is a "V" Channel.

We have many satisfied customers that once owned an inflatable Door-Seal, but said it did not work.  Our seal does what NO other seal can...Seals by "Squeezing-OUT" between the two surfaces.  When any seal does that, nothing can leak through.

Inflatable seals is like a round balloon.  Blow up any balloon and place a 12 inch ruler on it's surface. The surface of the inflatable seal will touch at some locations, but at other spots like a balloon it will not... Because no two doors are identical.   Inflatable Seal simply does not fill the gaps, it actually creates gaps.

Our door-seal is applied to the aircrafts door, as your aircraft designer intended their original door-seal to be installed.   Which will prevent any tearing, or  loosening of seal material and virtually eliminates the need for minor repairs through normal and RUGGED everyday use.

  We are NOW accepting orders

Our seal is designed for multiple aircraft make/model applications, which is making it easier for the FAA.

                                                                     PMA-Approval has been completed

While original seal from Piper/Cessna and others are more than $249 per Door + $29.95 for glue...their seal still does NOT Fill the Gap.   Don't  buy any seal...only to discover soon, you should have purchased the Seal that "FILLS-The-Gap"...That would be COSTLY.

Hundreds of Door-Seals have been shipped. Don't be left out in the cold.

For prompt service order NOW!            Optional Door-Seal
